We are proud of our user-friendly design, which weighs under 3 kg. Our bar can be split into two sections. This makes it easy to transport and therefore fits easily into a bag or suitcase measuring over 53 cm in length.

Please note that although the set can fit into a carry-on suitcase, you should be aware of airline regulations: the bar is classified as dangerous goods and is not allowed as a carry-on item.

Our resistance bands are made of natural latex, an extremely flexible and durable material that retains its elasticity and shape over time.

Our recommendations for safe use of JAA FIT PRO:

• Avoid stretching the bands more than four times their original length.
• Avoid using them on sharp or rough surfaces.
• In the extremely unlikely event that a training band breaks, it will in most cases naturally retract toward the ground. Therefore we recommend training with shoes on. If the above recommendations are followed the risk of injury is close to 0, even in the unlikely event that a band breaks.

No, the door anchor is designed with soft and gentle materials that protect the door surface from scratches and scuffs. As long as the door is sturdy and properly closed, you will not experience it becoming crooked or damaged.

In principle our door anchor can be used on both sides of the door, but we recommend that you mount it on the opposite side from where the door opens (that is the side where the door presses against the frame when closed), or lock the door during use. This ensures the best possible stability and reduces the risk of accidents from the door opening.

You can mount our door anchor in any door and thereby attach the bands to the door.

You can also make use of our "anywhere anchor" which can be attached around posts, trees, railings, etc.

Or you can purchase our multipoint door anchor, which allows you to attach the band at 5 different heights without having to adjust the door anchor.
